Travelers Data Security 

MyTripFares does not sell, and has never sold, any information about our users or customers to companies or organizations outside of My Trip Fares LLC.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain SSL Secured data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected online.

We recognize the significance of security and safety when you submit an inquiry or order airline tickets, especially concerning your personal information.

When you engage with our services, we require certain details such as your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number, expiration date, and billing address (if purchasing with a credit card). As we collaborate with various suppliers to process your order, it becomes necessary to share specific information about you and your itinerary for the purpose of providing relevant information, such as prices, and fulfilling your order. It is crucial to note that without entering your information into travel industry databases, we may be unable to arrange flights for you.

Data Privacy :

We respect the privacy of your travel plans, and under no circumstances will we disclose any personally identifiable information about your travel plans, destinations, flight reservations, schedule, or itinerary to anyone else, except in the following circumstances:

  1. When you, or individuals we reasonably believe to be authorized by you, make a request.
  2. When suppliers of tickets and other services require specific information to facilitate products and/or services you have requested or purchased.
  3. If we are instructed to divulge information in response to a court order or subpoena. In such cases, if we receive a court order or subpoena for personal information about you, we will make an attempt to notify you at the email address (if any) you have provided.

Credit Card Security:

We accept credit card payments through our SSL secured payment gateway for Master/Visa Credit Cards, which are “Verified by Visa or Master Card secured code.” Additionally, offline transactions with “Signature on File” Authorization are secured through transitions on the bank’s payment page only. Debit cards can also be accepted if authorized by the bank.

Data Collection 

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
